I also would like to help, but as camper674 said... I'd rather not limit comms to discord, because I'd rather not associate my personal account. Plus I'm likely to forget about alt accounts... is there another potential option...?
PS. I dunno what version you currently are on in the discord, but kemono has the base V5, hotfixes 1 2 and 3, and patch 1 and 2 as of time of posting.

The patch 2 was reuploaded a few times already. It's final size reached 1Gb, so if you got any less you'll be missing files.
As for another way of testing I could add you to DM group as I already did for camper674.

Alright, here's my cumulative report:
1st thing first, losing is fun is a motto for dwarf fortress, not for saves man, not cool. However I never give up so here's the journey of a broken save fixing: the auto-updater for test patch 1 screwed me over for about 1 hour, found the #1000 variable and fixed it for my little bypass (55) . now to fix the hime guest characters, I had to change in the raw save file the line "_followers":{ to "_followers":{"_guests":{}, and just for a good measure "_gathering":false," to "_gathering":true," which allowed me to bypass this error
which happened at trying to recruit keith in the fairy forest.
now progressing the fights with the three special succubus faeries, astera was problematic even at level 45, but Nettle managed to down me even on level 80, then I managed to kill her with level 55, so YMMV, Duskrose was no problem at 48
Cerulea was problem at level 95, but with sacred crosses, I was able to down her at 40th level, so once again, depends on what stuff you have on you.
The three succubusses were fun thing, unfortunately they were the hardest when it came to RNG, so I have both managed to defeat them on level 65, and managed to lose at level 176, and even at 238 ( pacifier stunning me, shrinking me, cockvoring me both times as I try to fight off the other two, shit man. both high level runs were no-consumable-used, the low level one was consumables-no-sacred-crosses run
the last Secret boss whose name I shall not name was fine, managed to do it at level as low as 76, but managed to lose at level 512 too (sacred crosses didn't work here) by being stunlocked into reverse cowgirl.
my only complaint was that I had to surrender to see the unbirth and boob scenes, because in the fight we've usually hovered around normal/gts sizes, never going higher. must've been RNG.
anyway onto the QOL problems:
1)on map105 clearspring forest F, the enterable tent, position 22/17 and 24/17 are traversable, probably shouldn't be, same on the broken tent 12/4
2) On map 133 Dusk Citadel you can climb on the closed windows/tunnels (so far all of them)
3) map 133 Dusk Citadel : Cerulea event processes as normal, but after she grows to gigantic proportions she is once again referred to as Fairy vixen with the "now the real fun begins little boy"
4) the letter on the desk in the apartment H1 can only be approached awkwardly from the top, wouldn't hurt to be able to climb in the chair
5) the same letter repeats one line twice, about the magnomatic buildings
6) More prominent with 3 succubus battle, if they have the skills that increase max HP, they do not start with max HP, so at the very beginning of the fight, you can already observe the HP bars not being full
7) Map 143 Dusk Citadel sanctum: walls next to the upper doors are walkable (9/5 11/5,18/5 20/5)
edit: 8) Map 113 overgrown path, it is possible to go from 16/22 to 17/22, which should be impossible
9) walkelin, when asked about erelia repeats the first sentence twice.
10) the journal entry for cover all the bases has "I have failed to reach the village before the attack" before the attack, you can check your own provided save file number 2 for the entry.
11) transfer between map 98 and 93 (clearspring mine) if you go up the ladder from 93 to 98th map, and then go down back again to 93, you will stand on the entry point to the 98th map, not below it, so you can climb the ladder (going up) and instead of transitioning to other map, you will now be out of bounds
12) map 92, if you want you can go from 24/38 to 24/39, or even 24/40, entering the entrance to map 93 from above
possible bugs via my interference:
1) Dunno if its a bug on my side cause I fixed my save to be compatible, but using bag of shrinking dust (see, i remember it not working sometimes, but here it works) during the fight with clemantis while she's already in the supergiantess mode shrinks me and leaves her with no valid moves, thus allowing to get quite a few free shots at her, this can be repeated for the easiest bossfight ever. The game cued me on this problem by making me wait till im large to initate this event.
2) after rescuing everyone the village says its lost, and that some people died, dunno if It was possible to do something with the well, or save more people, but the thing is, people in the village who are dead, are walking around not being dead, ben killing the prison-dude whose name i always fail to remember are both at their stations, might be unifinished, but worth of note.
Edit: 3) after testing the classroom encounter in my modified version, defeating desyra shows the window of "you have been defeated by nemesis" showing her level and number of defeats 0, telling me she grows in power.
addendum: after fixing the save file, the game neither noticed me using unsupported save, neither did it crash at either the faery forest or anywhere else (might've missed some places though, 4 hours to search the whole game was insufficient)
So to the gravestone of my savefile:

1) if you sleep with desyra, (both my fixed save and your provided one) if you go "sure" another round with her, and then you do not fail the corruption check, you both enjoy orgasms in bed, followed by the only rational thing that can happen: FIGHT with her (cause we both know what succubi do in bed after sex. They hog the bed and need to be removed ASAP!)
Extra points for realism though: after we had sex, the first thing she did after the fight was fart...
2) oh look another one! if you ask for a room in clearspring, and then decide not to rest, you will end up in a black-screen but still standing in front of the dude who rents the rooms, resting or teleporting fixes this.
edit: several edits have been made, total bugtesting time 9 hours, i give up for today.

after defeating the fairies and rescuing the boys and i go back to the village finish the dialogues i should be able to free roam again right? But if i go the dimensional rift the game is like no time to waste you must check on the village the dialogues happen again and then a black screen , any ideas?

I'm assuming pictures like suzanna boots3 are also missing. It's referenced in the scene when you attempt to smell suzanna's shoes in front of her bed at night too many times.
So I have. It was okay during the Infested Ruins but going into Forest content, together with my own visual impairment, made the overworld extremely difficult to navigate and identify, so I wound up turning it off.
Thank you for your reply. I'll check out the plant. My initial thought was that probably I was missing a bomb.
After defeating Solantha I was immediatley put to deep sleep by an unknown fairy. Is there no way the village can be saved? What am I missing?

It's been consistent on every version for the last several versions. If the MC is over level 99, then negative EXP is given when beating Suzanna, causing her level to decrease from whatever it was. The most recent time I tried it, the MC was level 222 and lost 20 levels after beating her due to the negative XP and she dropped to level 1.No idea
