Unity Domination Quest Integrated Edition [v3.03] [Kokage no Izumi]
So wait is the integrated version both 1 and 2 or just 2 ? Also is it done or it still being worked on as of rn ?
If it's integrated it should be both one and two. And I believe it's done with development. At the least, there is an ending to the story.
I'm stuck at part 2 after I beat M&M the twin demons at "the realm between", now I don't know where to go

Activate "Easy Mode". I'm not even joking here, nor am I insulting your skill level, or anything like that. The so-called normal mode is a lot more like a hard mode. It makes the game far grindier and far more painful to play. Easy mode is far more of a normal difficulty.
Make crystals and equip accessories. They're really important for stat increases. I believe Brenda is your best physical or hybrid crystal creator because of her high dexterity, and Nine-tailed Fox (I forgot her name if she even has one lmao) is your best magic crystal creator because of how high her magic is.
Try a team comp of a physical damage dealer like the cat girl or zombie girl, a magic damage dealer like the water dragon girl (i think her name was isari), a support, and a healer. That generally should work, though I think you can probably add another magic damage dealer in place of the support.
If this is for part 2, then... sorry, I forgor. I remember that Shiro and the casino girl were really strong, and that the final boss has a move that reflects damage so that you can't attack for a few turns or you'll just kill yourself. Also, the Persona Mask accessory is kinda busted.

The transformed black one? It's been a while, but if I remember correctly, I suggest having at least one character who can buff your relevant defenses, and one to lower his attack. I think using Ghost Karin was implicitly required because the healing results in way too much required dps, so I used support units that also had access to Retreat or something so the boss would focus Karin instead. I don't think it's too terribly hard if you have access to characters from the previous game too. Two characters with resurrection helps significantly, as does keeping up Mana Merge so you can use high-cost skills more often. Most status curing came from Kuro himself.

I think you meant the part one of domination quest, I'm talking about part 2, after I saved janellyn from the portal realm I don't know where to go, I already talked to every npc
I now have another question. where do I find lilith after I have completed the game? I feel like I missed something because I cannot find her anywhere.

Where it says to follow the girl and not go off on you own? don't follow the girl and do go off on your own, by veering to the right instead.

I am thinking about making a guide for the game, specifically on the monster girls like whats all the moves they can learn and stuff like that. Would anyone be interested in seeing something like that?

That would actually be it's main purpose, to help with team building. As I am working on building up everyone the obvious is becoming clear. Literally everyone in the game is actually perfectly viable, but in some cases unless you invest a lot of levels into it you really might not get a clear idea what it can really do. Now some of them are clearly meant to be just a little bit more special then others so you could even theoretically say there are "best teams". But honestly? I am impressed that the dev made sure that whoever your favorite waifu is, she can absolutely carry you all the way to the end. As far as team composition go picking out the right girls is not the hard part all, as along as you are aware of their role it is pretty simple. The thing that actually needs the biggest effort and study is the equipment crafting. You gotta be on the ball that you increase the right stats for the right character. Even with your defense gems you have to be careful. There was some serious design effort put into this game's gameplay, I can only praise the game for it. Genuinely impressive, especially for a adult RPG.
