First off no offence and I have very little issue with the MC's size in this game!.

On a 6' tall man, the distance between elbow and wrist is about 11". The largest IRL human dick grown naturally was just shy of 13" (poor guy wanted to be a serious non-porn actor, but absolutely nobody would give him a break).
