Sounds like a bug, not your fault, guessing it'll be corrected next update?

It seems very strange that this happens... I tried replaying the story from the beginning, and the capture of Black Cat happens without any problems. It's also impossible to start capturing Jessica at this point in the story. You probably have a copy of the game that someone else has got their hands on.

PS: I downloaded the game from patreon...
