No, it appears to be more complex than that. I just ran several walkthroughs to test it and here are the results.
1) I don't accept Riley's hj in the pool and thus witness the scene, where Luna talks dirty to Kaydance. Then when I get to the scene with Kaydance in bed, talking about her other side, I choose dialogue options that keep her love score no less than 7, while still raising her dom and cor stats. I awaken her dominant personality. Later on the sharing scene with her and Luna happens (and then the scene with both Gina and Kaydance)
If instead I choose options that only raise her love stat, keeping her dom stat at 0 and choose to preserve her regular personality, the sharing scenes happen the same way, no change.
2) I accept Riley's hj and thus am late to witness the dirty talk scene. Here things change. If I awaken Kaydance's dominant personality, like before, with the exact same dialogue choices, the sharing scenes with Luna and Gina don't happen.
But if I choose the options that only raise her love stat, then sharing scenes do happen.
So choosing to stay for a hj or not seems to influence later options.

I just had a playthrough where I accepted to be Riley's bf, had the HJ as do hot the Kaydance+Luna scene.
Only couldn't get it when I wasn't on Kaydance love path (either if she becomes a dom or if I fail to get enough love points)

Well, after reading that, I followed exactly what you did, except I didn't accept the hj. I chose the dom path for Kaydance and sharing scenes still happened. So again, being on Kaydance's love path seems to only be necessary if you accept Riley's hj and thus don't see Luna talking dirty to kaydance while giving hj to her husband.

Unfortunately, not that many: you can share Gina with younger brother Roby, share Kaydance with Riley's mother Luna (they kiss while you fuck Luna) and share Kaydance with Gina. Technically, since Gina also gets frisky with hers and MC's mother and you have the option to pursue her as well, that could also count as sharing.

Yeah, and I doubt it will happen now, give how possessive she is in part 2. I liked her in part 1 and would have gladly shared her. But now... compared to Gina, who wants so much to see her family become closer and love each other — sorry, Riley, but you're way out of your league.

We don't know. I don't think there was any info on that. When starting a new game in part 2, you do get asked several questions about MC's interactions with Jamal in part 1, so one could hope that he would be involved again at some point...

I'm not really a fan of how predatory Luna is and how submissive the MC seems to want to be, regardless of player choices. I expected the LI's "dom" stats to influence their personalities/dialogue, but they clearly don't.

I have to say, this work really shines when it comes to depicting family dynamics.The way relationships are portrayed feels surprisingly genuine and engaging.

At first, I wasn’t particularly drawn to the character designs,
but the storytelling completely won me over—especially the plotlines involving Scarlett and Gina.They really hit emotionally

Also, some of the sexual content went beyond what I expected...in a surprisingly intense (and kinda hot) way.

I really hope the updates keep going! Personally, I’d love to see the story focus even more on the core family members,while keeping the side characters as occasional spice.
