Had the same black screen issue. Fixed it by running the game in compatibility mode (windows 7). Also had to tick the unblock option inside file properties or else the game wouldn't start at all.

Pretty good game. Cute characters. A shame that it stutters every now and then. Setting compatibility to Windows 7 helps a bit but not a lot.
Can't wait for the group sex update.
