Far as I can tell, the gallery in the Tails doll game where you can select Knuckles and/or Sonic to bang each other. Seems to be it.

Anyone got a fix for the pink squares bug in Freddys?

Looks like legacy version is bugged. The new mode works just fine.
Edit: Pressing Continue on both modes sends you to legacy. To play new mode you press new game each time you launch.
Edit 2: Talking during day seems to break pause button. To fix it you need to open regedit.
It's located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\dotXLSGames\Freddys Tales Backrooms Survival
You look for "canPause_h3518081947" switch from 1 to 0.
