Does anyone knows why some achievements stay gray instead of turn green, no matter how accuratly you complete them?

This game is buggy.
When inviting Kim to the cinema, she invites her mother with them. The MC only buys two tickets.
After the movie, the following error happens:
The game will continue if this error is ignored, with Rachel gaining affection and lust.
Kim also switches outfits during this dialogue.
Timeslots are a bit of a mess as well. After starting the game, I had over $1500 by Wednesday by being able to work several shifts at the restaurant before a timeslot switched to the next one.
Timeslots in general can be confusing. In the morning, Kim will be in bed, then at the breakfast table, then in bed again.
I do like that this creates the perspective of less grind, because the MC can do more in a day. But it needs a bit of streamlining and realism. If the MC can earn $1000 by working 3 shifts in the same morning at the restaurant, why isn't he living in a mansion yet?
Also, when using the gallery on the cellphone without having scenes unlocked, the following error happens:
Edit: This one actually made me quit. When foraging, you can get attacked. That's fine. But why does this Orc have an infinite amount of food while I'm unable to take down her health bar in less than 4 turns? It makes certain encounters impossible to win, and if you run, you lose everything you foraged. Additionally, the orc kept buffing her attack damage, while my MC was only limited to buffing his defense to 20.
Unfair situations aren't fun. If an actual MMO balanced their early game this way, they'd bleed players.

Anyway guys I noticed that some things are not marked correctly but remain grayed out but are enabled and only with the CHEAT they are marked -.-.
And another thing, even with CHEATS the first objective (work at the spa) does not activate

Just downloaded the new update. I was already having problems with the mechanics of trying to capture monsters.... but now, when I am in DoA and click on the tranquilizer dart icon, I get kicked back to the main menu. No rollback available, just have to return to my last save point every time if I want to resume the game. Same result in all 3 fighting/ hunting/ gathering areas.
