Overview:
After two years in juvie, the MC steps back into a world that's moved on without him. Haunted by fractured memories and the tragedy that tore his life apart, he's done looking for answers.

As the MC digs deeper, he crosses paths with others carrying burdens of their own. In a city built on lies and blood, they'll need each other to survive what's coming, even if trust is the one thing they can't afford.

This is completely kinetic right now. Aside from setting a name and such there is no option for player agency.

This was a mess. It jumps around so much from past to present, that it is confusing what is even going on. There are no transitions or anything, just one minute you're in the past, another in the present, and back and forth, and you're getting different names for the MC like being called Hayden at times and your custom name (and Jack, the default name), and then back to Hayden again.

No choices, and I'm assuming it is multiple protagonists. In the second episode you play as a girl in a lesbian relationship. Like I said, no choices at all so it's kinetic (at the moment). Second episode is just as confusing as the first, as the whole change in perspective throws it all off.

I just don't get what is going on here. It's just a confusing jumbled mess of scenes. Nothing flows together and the change of protagonists in the second episode just confuses things even more. It needs work. A lot of work. Either way, thanks for the upload, and best of luck with this.

I also just saw that the dev had another project by the same name back in 2023 that got abandoned even before the first episode was done. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence for this one.

Damn, this sounds gritty as hell. Love that it kicks off after juvie - feels like we’re jumping in just as the real story starts, not the usual slow burn :unsure:

You technically do just jump in, but nothing is ever really explained. The dev knows the story and past put the player doesn't really have clue what it's all about. The whole thing is very disjointed.

Other issues mentioned aside why are so many kinetic novels not tagged properly? Tag it as a kinetic novel first then if choices are added in a future patch remove the tag then, like cmon. Anyway cheers saved me a download.

Hey everyone!

I’ve noticed some concerns regarding the development of the game, and I want to take a moment to clarify a few things.

• How many episodes are there per chapter?
Each chapter will include 4 episodes, each told from the perspective of a different main character:

  • Hayden / Jack (depending on what you choose to call him)
  • Vic
  • Scott
  • Sarah

All the stories will be interconnected, and we might see each character from the perspective of the others.

• Will the story be kinetic or branching?
I want to be upfront about this. The first chapter will be mostly kinetic, as its purpose is to introduce the four main characters
Branching is something I want to handle with care. If not done right, it can get out of hand, slow down updates, and hurt the pacing.
But I also want players to feel immersed in the story, and I believe branching is essential for that. So while I continue writing Chapter One, I’m also working on how to make branching fit my vision.

That being said, this game is not a dating sim.
Some relationships might not have a happy ending or may not go the way you expect. And not everything will be a choice.
I'll do my best to give players a fair experience, but if you're looking for a dating game or something where you're fully in control of the characters, this probably isn’t the VN for you.

Okay guys, being honest. If you're looking for a kink-focused game, this isn’t it
I'm constantly writing and rewriting stuff, so I really can’t make promises about what kind of sexual content the game will include
My goal is to create quality spicy content, and that’s about all I can guarantee because if I try to please everyone, I’ll just end up pissing everyone off.

I’ve already mentioned what kind of content won’t be in the game (you can find it pinned on my Patreon), but I’ll put it here again.
