Faster updates mean smaller updates by nature. We could wait 6 months to a year to get one large update or he can pump a scene out every few months. Personally this pacing isn't bad.

For example two very popular titles on here are BADIK last update 12-15-2023! or Power Vacuum last update was 1-13-2024. I'm not knocking those titles as I love them both but development time... takes time. Downfall is a much smaller title with a much smaller crew but there communication has improved greatly (ON PATREON) and there releases have been consistent with the faster release times.

Happy holidays. Hope everyone is having fun with your loved ones. Can’t say the same about myself though. I caught some seasonal flu and was out of commission for about a week. But I’m feeling better now and got back to work.
The script for the next update is done. The update will have some progression of the main quest and there will also be an event for the Barmaid quest line. Will start rendering scenes shortly and the update should be out by the end of this month or the first week of January.
