I would guess you still have Masseur, or Neighbours events outstanding. Alex does not become available until all current quests are completed.
Hi, I have same issue. No other quests are available yet, any idea what to do ?

i) try sleeping
ii) check the park south of the old man at night. There is a circle on the map which doesn't show as a quest until you've started it.
Hi, I done that quest in the park. Now all available quests come up with the same message "Quest is Not available to play Yet".
I don't know then. When you get that message on all the quests, you are supposed to sleep. When you wake up, you should get a message telling you to visit Alex (IIRC, in the evening). Maybe try visiting him?
I just started the game but since Prologue is complete, I only have side quests. Main story totally stopped and new quests dont come up even though I keep doing the side quests.
When I return home, at night the couch gets the action circle. But when I click on it, it says "under construction" ? I thought this game was completed?
Ive used the cheat book to increase depravity - did it stop the main story?
Or does the main story continue after progressing a while in the side quests? Let me know !

The game is divided into three main sections, and you can't progress to the next until you have taken all the quests as far as they will go. Once you have done that, sleep and you should get a message telling you what to do next. Check the quest log to see what you need to do.
Unfortunately, 'completed' just means that dev is not doing any more to this game (which does leave some untidiness), and will be concentrating on the sequel.
