the progression is really freking slow, she dress like a whore and open minded about it yet refuse to have sex, it just another blue balls games, the dev really cheap about sex scene in this game

I don't think the progression is the problem here, actually it seems quite fast, she openly acts and describes herself as a whore at this point and has sex in almost every questline.

I think most people who have previously replied have been following the game for a while and forget how slow the game is at the start, and the middle even (e.g. so many days of slowly hotter massage sessions to get anywhere).
However it is correct to say there is plenty of sex after a while. So I'd say stick with it, the dev isn't cheap about sex, it can even get really nasty if you want it.

Already searched all saves in the game, no saved save in the saves lol that's a mouthful.

in the file provided here is save1("file1.rpgsave"), starts right at the start of new update
should be located at the "www\save" folder inside your main game folder

If you mostly play Ren'py games, this one doesn't work the same way and doesn't make multiple copies to (waste space and) guarantee safeguarding of your saves. You have to copy them across and not nuke the whole game folder when you get a new version.

RIP jane... really liked her but even i know this is thankfully just a game its going into directions which are too depraved for me personally and bring up uncomfortable memories of cases i listened to on youtube which seem to really have happened irl which is just tragic and sad and makes me honestly depressed. even jane is written confident and that she wants it now and handles i really wonder if thats how pornstars/prostitutes think. (never had a chat with one or was one myself) thats an intersting point of view for sure but beside that... i also think the store owner is portrait quite believable (so no criticism about the writing the writing in fact seems well done for what it is about!) how the store owner tries to be nice but then gets overwhelmed by urges. i think many of us here sometimes felt/thought similar but thankfully it was JUST a thought/feeling and not more.
the pissing stuff i really hate. (already hate this on sites like legalporno) i also personally don't like gangbangs much and cum on face is a kink for sure but i also never got behind it personally. maybe cause i don't understand heavy humiliation and why some ppl feel the need to show such weak ways of power and why maybe a few girls think they "deserve it" or "like it" or the other way round. but maybe thats a good thing i don't understand it. heck, i don't even understand my kinks and think they are already depraved enough...
it seems the game really isn't for me anymore. i REALLY liked jane tho. one of the best fmcs look wise in my opinion. and the creator of the game definitely has talent in writing its just way too depraved for my taste.
