Well shit, there is the problem, I thought it was glance at picture, FAP!, look at picture, FAP!, study picture, lose immersion because of some minor detail, complain about detail, FAP!

I have been basically just looking at sets (locations) and not the actual characters. When RomanHume sends his PDFs then I look at characters. That is why I was updating places and clothes. I still can't figure out which nightclub was used, I looked at 3d-load, daz3d, ps-info, dazposer, renderosity and renderotica and couldn't make out which one was used. I tried focusing on a single part of the set, the bar itself and the shelves behind it. I just kinda stumbled onto the hair when I was looking at other stuff.

My style is to riff off the original idea, but with a different look in most cases. I still like being close to the actual model though - it's more in the differences of details and presentation for me.
I feel Amanda would have noticeable facial hair (i.e., peach fuzz in her case): she's a nerd and something natural would be mixed with those bright, pinkish locks, IMHO. Her attentions would seem beyond fashion and beauty, even though she would present herself in a generally reasonable (if not younger) manner . . . so, looks would be secondary to her. Plus, she just looks the peach fuzz type to me.
Or maybe RomanHume would tell me otherwise, but when he puts characters out there for us to consider, how we interpret what's offered can certainly be different than what the creator intended .
Nothing drastic yet, this is an early pass with some displacement in the hair and there are minor issues still to overcome with the model tweaks. But, I figured it was reasonable enough to show that the fan art realm for this game continues to expand!

I offered up the original recipes for anyone who wants to do a 1:1 reproduction of the character. And I totally agree on the peach fuzz. I just haven't prioritized finding an asset for it.
