I postulate the theory that she's never had a child. Believe it's stated in the game that she's a Trophy Wife? In any case...
Theory:
A. She's actually the Oldest daughter of the "Neighbors" who DO exist! (Side theory: They are running a cociane smuggling busness out of El Salvador...)
B. That makes Cassie her Sister, and the MC's Sister in Law... BUT
C. Unknown to Cassies Father, the MC had an affair with her mother (18) years ago, making the MC her secret bio-Daddy.
Making everything that we know isn't wrong and worthy of jail time... becuase she IS THE NEIGHBORS DAUGHTER!!! much... much... much worse.

D. Lupita is clearly actually the daughter of a rival South Amercian Drug Cardel leader who has infiltrated your house targeting Cassie and Emily to use as leverage against their parents.
E. Jane has a history of troll abuse. I mean the little cute ones with fuzzy colored hair. Firecrakers, Lighterfluid, the Garbage Disposal... it gets her off like you wouldn't believe.
F. Amanda is actually a Unicorn. Years ago the DARKNESS sent it's minions to capture her horn. Some looser named Jack went after it but never came back becuase Tom Cruise sux.

Confirmed I knew it!!! Now lets go get that Unicorn horn back! We'll get there by snorting some cocaine.
Uh....I'm not even sure how to answer that. 5% or less? I still have a long, long way to go and a lot of story to tell. It's taken a long time to get traction. But I'm just starting to roll.
Glad to hear it, it feels like we have barely started, so I would hate to see it end soon.

I hate to say it, but Percent to completion is kind of not applicable to this sort of thing. Honest truth of the mater is probably that it will keep being added too so long as there are paying followers. Patrion funded projects are a whole new para-dime.
I for one am looking forward to seeing where it goes, and how far it goes, and in whom it goes >.>
Then please allow me to bring you up to speed my friend. There is already a planned middle and ending. But I left a lot of room to maneuver between those points and even I don't know everything that is going to happen.
Others who've followed me for over a year have probably heard me talk about the seven other projects I have planned after this one. In a perfect world, this is just the first of the Dr. Amana Series. I want to go on and write additional stories about other patients using the same format and the same Doctor.
More so, I want it all to occur in a shared universe. I already have a mechanism coded into the current version of the game that lets me export all the characters and the choices you made so that when they appear as side characters in a future game about a different patient, they still reflect the decisions you made in this game.
I don't want to milk a single game for all it's worth. I want to tell an awesome story, and then move on and tell more awesome stories connected to this one.
Some of the other game ideas I have in no particular order are:
Politician - Play through your scandals and party affiliations. Players choose which side of the political spectrum they're on and there's no shortage of public attention.
Pilot - Travel the world. Have a girlfriend in every corner of the globe. You can't get caught if they're in different cities speaking different languages...can you?
Rock star - Start out as a rock band in the seventies and play your way through the metal of the hair bands of the 80's and the metal of the 90's. Watch your groupies and band mates grow up with you. Madness will ensue.
Police Officer - Are you the good cop or the bad cop? Your partner, is she your sense of justice? Or have you brought her over to the dark side with you? Wait...did the suspect really have a gun on him?
Teacher - So many after school programs and extra curricular activities to choose from. Are you the Cheerleading coach, or did you opt to lead the drama program?
Private Investigator - That's right, my man Val Jones will get his own game one day. And then you'll finally see what all he had to do in order get the scoop on Mr. Nguyen. And how did he get into the back of Caligula's anyway?
Priest - Do I really need to go into this one for you?
And to go a step further, I've already though a great deal about all these potential MC's and have roles for them already in this game! Be not surprised when side characters you meet here become MC's in their own future game.
No sir, I do not have to milk this game. I have enough ideas to carry me for years if I'm ever lucky enough to do this full time. And these aren't even all the concepts I've come up with. Just the one's I've thought the most about.
At the moment, there is Nanami (twice), Jane, Emily, Lola or Lita. My target is to have an erotic scene in each chapter going forward. No slow burns, but at a rate that is logical to the story. In the update I'm working on now I'm looking to penetrate Amanda before the end of the chapter, but it'll take about seven scenes to get there.
Sex scenes are my admitted weakness at the moment but I'm working on some things to make them better, more interactive, and dynamic. The menu system was a big step in that direction but it needs to be applied to the earlier scenes in the game to help bring them to life.

Oh no, you're absolutely right though. That is the normal paradigm. I think it's one reason why some devs get burned out. They never decided on a destination and they felt they just had to continue the journey to keep the business alive. I think others start with a great concept, and the game is amazing, and then it sputters because they don't know what to do next.
That's not me. I have a destination, and a new journey planned once I reach it.
It's just that I've just only recently made your acquaintance and thought I'd share with you my vision of the future.
