Paste it into the same folder as the .exe extract it all into the that folder.

Now, assuming you haven't already, set your AppLocale to Japan and you're good to go.

(If you don't know how, a quick google search will let you know how to do so. Myself? I set my whole system to permanently be in Japan so I don't have to deal with applocal again.)

Coming late to this party, I was a little nervous given all of the post about problems running this game.
I'm happy to say that using your information here, plus the updated mega link from your post on July2, 2025, all went without a hitch!
