Haven't tried this game yet, but for the love of god make certain you state disclaimers that none of the art is yours. I don't mind random art so long as the plot works well, one of my favourite games on this site was Boat, and that was 100% assets ripped from random eroge, but made up for it with it's excellent original story and interesting characters (highly recommend it for any VN reader who wants a good laugh in a short (each play-through is maybe 20 mins?) yet complex story with tons of route variants and ending variants). Anyhow, good luck with it, will watch to see if this gets any more updates.

Why would we need to gender-bending when there are plenty of girls already? Just because its a Custom Main Character? And there is no reason for the MC to automatically know everyone, he could be getting to know all the girls along the plot. And well, if you think Goku banging all the girls is in his Moral and doesnt affect the Original Personal Connections he have with other characters okay then, it actually kinda bothers me.

When you have a game idea, it still is shamed upon to go around nabbing peoples art on the internet after admitting you cannot make art yourself. This is why a thing called a "Placeholder" is made, such as a blank image that perhaps has a label on it for future reference. Unless you are going to perhaps hire someone to do the art for you, this game seems pretty much pointless to me if you are going to use images.

You may as well just make it text based.

It's also easier to google "random porn" but it seems that people don't mind that with real porn games.

Also, have you noticed that you are on a pirate site?

I can't see any patreon link, so I assume that the dev isn't making any money with this. So it's not as if the artist would be getting any more money if people was to wank to this on any random hentai site.

Are you making anything and contributing to the site?

These two posts don't make any sense. Says that having an OC will lead to genderbending characters, then says that we already have a genderbent character when questioned why. Says that we would lose the moral connections, then says "If you want to talk about morals, you are on the wrong website."

The "moral and personal connections" don't mean much with Goku being out of character and fucking everything that moves. Also just as the other poster said, you don't have to be a person who just knows everyone in DB, you could just get acquainted with them; maybe as a worker for Capsule Corp. a martial artist who wants to train under someone like Hercule/Mr. Satan or even that character from DB FighterZ who was basically a spirit. There are many possibilities that work better than just Goku. I get that you just want to self insert as Goku, but your arguments are paper thin here.

That's incorrect. The creator have 100% right to decide to what extent anyone may use their property. Just because it's immaterial doesn't make it any less their property in the eyes of the law. If someone uses your lawnmower on their lawn, that's still illegal, even though you didn't lose any money or property.

That said, the actual owner to the property of the characters in question are Toriyama/Shueisha; depending on whether the porn images fall under the fair use clause (in all different jurisdictions and countries that they are distributed to) the ones in hot water are the artists, not the non profit game maker.

This however is a porn game on a pirate site. I don't think anyone is going to go after him.

Parody and transformative work is part of the copyright law to which this adhears to. Your lawnmower analogy is illogical as what's actually happening is that 'someone' is 3d printing their own lawnmower instead of taking yours.
