You need to install the patch, and your going to have to start a new save.

Is anyone else having issues with the game skipping stuff? I try to talk to Noel with the elf or vampire and no dialogue appears. I try the first micro bikini scene with the elf kids, it goes black screen with ..... in the text box and the next scene can be done. There is also no dialogue or semen received from letting enemy restraint/seduction attacks play through.

iirc you get a quest to get them back and you have to do it quickly or the training increases.
