Go into the clinic for checkup, that will start a chain of event while she is pregnant. There are also 2 other pergnancy related chain of events, which you can view in the recollection room if you missed them i assume, after beating the story.
To get them "naturally"

There is a fortune teller in the slums in the capital city, she gives you a hint/direction what to do/where to go next, for 100g.
After you entered the slums, then right till you reach the little witch lady with a ball in front of her,you can't miss it.
You mentioned a clinic, is that the hospital that located in capital?
Already went there, but did not find how to do a check up. It's only sell the thing for the cycle

Also I did not finish the game yet, still new at this game

You may need to give birth once naturally,i mean without any checkups. But i don't remember exactly,i only saw that eventchain/sequence after i completed the main story.

The clinic is only available in the epilogue, so after the ending.
Before that, pregnancy progresses during key moments in the story.

If only the games combat was a little harder or had a little rng/risk with the SP consumption. I dont want to lose on purpose but I wish I could get combat scenes without try to lose.

How do I fight the “Sacred Object” Goblin with Evil Eyes. I just finished the Church Arc and returned to the Capital with the Sword Saint but when I return to the Church I can’t go back in anymore. But I saw gallery pictures of Reiri fighting the Sacred Object.

That's later.

So I just defeated Traz (Dark Lord Snake Guy) at the bottom of the Prison and escaped. Did I just finished the Prison Arc? I remember seeing videos where Reiri and the other girl got caught by the warden and if you lose you get thrown into solidarity confinement, impregnated, yada yada. Did I just avoid that or do I get a second trip at the prison later down the road somehow?

You avoided it, Reiri must be pregnant for that to trigger.

Why is the story so good wtf, like at some point I stopped caring about the Ero content and just wanted to see how Reiri's arc and story goes.

Kinda burned out to keep playing after the finishing the story, because I binge played it so hard. There is still content, but can't wait to play it again
Yeah the overall plot of her story is pretty good ngl if you went with it right to the end.

I want more from this dev, between this and Goblin Conqueror it's great stuff.
