Can you update mod ? Cuz i didn't work for me with steam version.
May I ask which version of the game are you playing right now?
If is JP(DLsite) version(fan translated is based on this too),
then yeah, you may definitely delete those RPGM default assets, which are from Steam version, of course.
If is Steam version, I will say...remove those files may NOT be a good idea.
It may have problems in later game or not at all, since I personally don't real know How the publisher(Hanabi) constructed Steam version is.

I'm currently still playing the JP version, right now.
I had played it a little bit on the day one released.
After I got the news about It will release Steam version, I just quit it. till now.
Also I play it slow, try to enjoy the contents.
After I completed JP version, I will immediately start playing the Steam version.

I see on steam that you need to download a patch to get all the H content. I didn't know if that applied to the version here since is steam version.

The steam version here is pre-patched. I don't recommend using it. Download the dazed translation and the O&M image patch to get the uncensored h content without the dogshit translation.
Don't forget to run GameUpdate.bat as well, this will apply any bug fixes that were made after the game was uploaded.

so i started the steam version and realized how the translation sucks played like a hour now am thinking of getting the non steam version in op whit uncesored patch but would it be safe too transfer my save from the steam version too fan translation version? or i better not cuse it will cuse bugs maybe?

I'd suggest avoiding that, since RPGMaker games have a file called CommonEvents that likes to load a ton of assets at the start of a new playthrough. If you use your save, assuming it's even compatible to begin with, your playthrough will still have a lot of the bad translations present.
tl;dr Start a new save.

well I downloaded both and was trying to compare them before i started a playthrough haha
the steam one seems bloated in size compared to the dazed translation
Maybe i'll wait on your experiences once you've played both, I still havent tried Goblin conqueror yet

No such issues here. Are you trying to play the game from C drive or wherever your Windows is installed? Saves being deleted could point to lack of administrative privileges to the game to save any files. If so, relocate your game to another directory.
I got the orbs from the forest and the volcano for the theater quest, where are the other two?
