Same thing happened to me. Here's what I did.
In the games folder there should be a folder titled saves. Assuming its not empty, copy it and move it somewhere its not gonna get overwritten. Now download or unzip a fresh copy of Dragon Conquista. Start a new game and create a save in a slot that has the same number as your original save. Now copy your old save into the new save folder, overwriting the new save and voila, you should be good to go.
This worked for me, hopefully it works for you too. Good luck.

Does anyone know how pregnancy works i got her knocked up out side of scripted story events but I keep sleeping and her belly not getting any bigger I know the egg transformed cause I see it in the tavel memory section but I am getting impatient it feels they made the baby growth to realistic
The pregnancy will not progress from sleeping in the inn or even playing the game normally.
There's two event chains that can advance the pregnancy. Prison section and brainwashing cult section.
does anything change when reiri gets pregnant? i heard she gives birth late into the game but does it matter who the father is? my reiri got knocked up by the first goblin she fights
I sent in a minor update for the H-Profiles. Removed the lines so that the flavor text would not collide with anything (making it easier to read).
If you wanna patch it in, run GameUpdate.bat. If you haven't run GameUpdate.bat AT ALL yet, you should absolutely do this, since Dazed has also applied many other patches.

Anyone know which value in saveeditonline to change to, uh, remove the fetus? Best I could do was revert it to its initial stage.
EDIT: To make it appear that Reiri never got impregnated in the first place.

I have almost completed this game and one thing I can tell you is that this game is very story rich and enjoyable you will definitely love it, and the things which makes it better is that the protagonist of goblin conqueror is in this game, that shit made this game very remarkable for me, it just feels like a sequel to that game and now we also got to know more stories of that game for me it is 10/10, usually I don't expect very much from a jrpg game but this is actually good, along with some others I know -
1. Nightmare knight (jrpg)
2. Agnietta the holy priestess and the cursed dungeon
3. Dragon conquista
4. Goblin conqueror
5. Ashley the Pirate
6. The great blade and the dragon
7. Enishia and the binding braid
Story wise they are 10/10 and the good part is that game is actually engaging not boring and enjoyable and you can do lots of stuff actually
