I didn't go back to the village and talk to the doctor after getting the book of pharmacology. Can i just not create potions for the rest of the game now? It says its "hard to read alone"

Shoulda just played the game more. For those who were wondering like me you can go back to the village via fast travel at about the midway point.

For those who are still confused about how the pregnancy and birth mechanic works on this game : The game is divided in two parts, the story mode and the free mode
-Story mode : basically from the beggining until the official ending of the main history, to progress from the fertilization to birth, you need to reach 2 of the main events . the religious city and the prison. On the religious city, the MC gets hyponitzed and forced to stay for several months, if she is impregnanted, evenually she will give birth. After you escape from that city, you will go to the prison arc, where the MC will get arrested unfairly. If the escape plan fails, Reiri and Merumeia will forced to stay on the prison for several months. If they get impregnanted, eventually they will give birth their babies.
-Free mode(after story mode) : basically you are free to do almost everthing you want, on this mode you can get pregnant and give birth as many times you want. To trigger the hospitalization event, go to the general hospital at the royal capital and talk to the nurse.

I dunno why this game doesn't let you get naked even with lewdness 100. To fix this, I have created a mod for that though it mostly only works on standing pictures and some cgs.
Just extract and replace. After that start a new game and dialogue should appear and click yes to add "Naked mod" and "Undo Naked mod" or add items through Save editor. Just use those items via Key items after adding those using one of the methods mentions above. It should make all the girls naked except Suzurika since she doesn't have nude standing picture.
Just reminder that this will remove all the other armors and lock the body slot. But you can get them back by using "Undo Naked mod". Do let me know if there are any problems.
UPDATE: Added the modifications and additions that I did in README.txt
UPDATE: Updated to game ver 1.03
UPDATE: Remove the other armors as soon as it is received when nude mod is applied. You will get the received armors back when you use "Undo Naked mod".
UPDATE: Fixed the arms getting in the way in breast sucking scene in slum tent.
UPDATE: Fixed Hazel arms showing fabric when she wear glasses

UPDATE: Fixed arms going through when playing rock paper scissors after using "Undo Naked mod"

There is free roam after completing the game. There's even multiple exclusive scenes you can get just for the free roam section.
As for censor removal I'm optimistic that someone is going to make an official translation soon. Probably hanabi games like they did with the first game.
Find the file in question, duh. If there's nothing obviously wrong with it, copy and paste any other ogg file nearby and rename it to what's failing to load and replace with it the failing file
I would love to know about this. I have Reiri teach him, but after that she just won't accept any more tutorin jobs
