If you already have gone to the museum, then the place to go is go out of the city on the south side and there is a path to the right with a bunch of Thielf Elites there should now be another path in there for you to go

I don't know if it's a bug with the base game, a bug with the translation, or a bug with my brain but it seems like the bestiary or "demon catalog" isn't filling in correctly, some entries are being skipped as far as I can tell.

The text in the menu for the quick travel option is also not translated.

Probably referring to this bug.

So far I have found the other people that have quest, like the old guy in the restaurant that is searching rare materials or the lady at the clothes shop that is searching for inspiration on a new outfit or the warrior at the guild wanting moster drops

After you kill wolfman there will be a sequence of babble that tells you to go to the art museum to find out your father committed an hero. A cutscene will play about a lush forest, blah blah dragons blah. The art museum is also in the center of town in the commercial district.

South one map of town > Top right to forest map with holy music > Build bridge after that part of story > It's like 4 steps directly in front of you on the way to the catacombs. You only really get to use it on the dragon.
