Either way, whole heartedly recommend the first game, it's better in the combat department i feel. I prefer the combat rape of the first to the second. But for everything else it's pretty much in the clear, the second i mean.

No, that's a common MTL mistake of using wrong genders. It gets quite jarring in the later parts of the game.
And is made even worse because Hinata is a girl name. Why the fuck would Kaname give her SON a girl's name, I don't know either.

Canon is: Hinata is a goblin son of Kaname.
The father may be Arthur, as he's the only goblin with an unwinnable fight. He canonically captures and trains Kaname, which is a bullshit excuse to let us play as a secondary heroine.

I'm struggling to get Marimuria (I think that's her name) pregnant in the prison section and I'm wondering if its because Reruri (I think that's her name, the protagonist) is currently pregnant. Can they both be pregnant at the same time or is it just bad luck or a bug I've encountered? FYI it says shes on her "danger day"

Well if I'm not wrong, on post game you can only get pregnant by goblins on the 2nd quest of the religious city Sereme. To trigger this quest, talk to the boy next to the nun close to the royal castle, then go to Sereme and talk to the nun to start the quest.
On this quest, basically you will need to defeat that old goblin who can hyponitize.There you can fight multiples goblins and get pregnant by them if you lose the battle.
Besides this specific quest, I don't think there are any goblin left on the maps on post game.

Slime, Giant Slime, Tentacle Shell, and Eel... but the Eel can't only be find after you meet Meru with Hazel... and tell your story to someone who wrote about butt stuff at the Tavern in Pleasure district...

Is this game that good?

I played just for the lore, the initial setting mysteries and avoid all h-cenes, which I think they don't have any impact to the story. The plot is simple but quite interesting to follow, even side quests have its own story.
