Reiri can get pregnant by having sex with multiples prisoners at the toilet. To trigger this event, keep talking to the prisoner next to Reiri to advance the events until she agrees to have sex with the prisoners.

That reminds me, I wonder if there's any difference if you get knocked up by the cave goblin at the start, avoid the pregnancy event in the goblin city, and continue until the prison's pregnancy event so Reiri will have a gobbo baby during it.
