Not really. I got to the ending with both of them as virgins, and Reiri as 100 Lewdness (due to reading the lewd books), and it didn't pull up anything special. Due to the way the encounters work in game, there's no way to avoid having at least some harassment counts tally on you, but other than that, the game does not appear to grant you anything other than minor dialogue differences for when you finally do throw away the virginity on some post game content, like the otaku.

Well yeah, sadly for some reason the goblins dissapear after the story mode, however there is one final place that you can find goblins.
You can go to the religious city for the 2nd time if you talk to the boy who is talking to the nun at the city.
There the MC can get pregnant by the goblins and even give birth to a goblin baby, which she will raise at her house.
Unfortunately this event can't be repeated afterwards...

No, it's sometimes happen like that. I skip the dialog and sometimes it stuck sometimes it still fine
