Her voice uses BGM or BGS volume depending on the situation. Other HSounds like slapping use mainly the SE but also BGS volume.
I had already messed around with her voice a bit so finished it into a mod that has moaning volume setting and makes other HSounds use SE volume. The mod makes the moans audible while trying to keeping their volume differences. See my mod post.

Give all 3 books to gonzo - then you activate event - where you finally work for him as nurse two times - and then!

After defeating dragon. A "Heart" will appear on doctor gonzo and "he be your lover"
And yeah if you already activate event with Komoru you can'y activate the other one

Does this game have an uncensored version? It has been out for a while now so I think the uncensored one should be out too no?

It's going to get uncensored once it's released on steam, and usually that takes a while.

i am surprised there are actual attempt at "normal romance" instead of assigning the MC with a preset "bf" and doing "ntr".

I think Im missing something - how you obtain/make new potions? Im able to carry three or four.
