There are at least 2 long sequences, one for goblin and one for human pregnancy, and a few short ones for other kind of enemies irc.

Valve and Microsoft try to force out Win7 for some years now ... just to make us buy new equipment as the old rigs can not handle Win10 or Win11
End-Of-Life for Win10 is announced Q4 2025 ... that was borderline running on my rig ... but very unstable ...
The compability of OS with RPGM is based on the version of RPGM ... since Win7 is dead (by MS) it´s no longer supported by new versions ...
Several items I have no clue what to do with, book of pharmacology and dragon scale. I'm at the point you fight the black dragon so surely I've missed something?

Anything new in the steam version? This is one of the few games here that I'd consider replaying.
It is. The patch uses the Steam version's uncensored files and makes them compatible with the Dazed translation.
I don't know about the script quality differences, but the image translations for the Steam version are a lot worse. I cherrypicked their version's images and ended up only using about 10-15% of them--the rest of the images were better from my translations. I saw some very disappointing changes they made, like straight-up removing image customizations from some of the fancy titles.

This is a common false positive for GameUpdate.bat. It's not a virus, but it does edit files in the folder (for the sake of patching). Your anti-virus is being overly protective. If you can't run Gameupdate.bat, you can also manually patch the game using the GitGud link in the OP.
The uncensored version already exists. Just download the patch in the OP, and overwrite the files (Run GameUpdate.bat before doing this)
