this is my favorite kind of erogame
not just boring old RPG turnbase
the strike till u tired is really fresh
dress break/strip
virginity system / stats

and decent translation
the only thing i have to pick, is maybe the low res nature of this type of game
wish theres a 1080p patch that some modders do

If this is your opinion then why do you bother playing these games in the first place? The overwhelming majority of these RPGM Japanese games are very text heavy, sometimes to the point where you spend 90% of playtime just reading text. Wouldn't it be much more... uh, efficient to just visit pornhub instead or something?
People who happily and readily gobble up MTL slop clearly don't care about the quality of the writing or oven outright hate reading. In some cases they even look down on the entire Japanese indie eroge industry. And yet they still play them instead of spending their time watching some random apes copulating on pornhub. This is an amusing contradiction that I haven't been able to solve so far. Well, I say amusing but it's actually the reason why we have that dazed something dude and the likes of him, so the word "harmful" is probably more fitting here.

As far I know, you have to progress through the story until the MC realizes somethins is wrong with her body and decides to go to hospital on the capital, there the nurse will tell her she is pregnant and she will stay in the hospital until she gives birth to her baby goblin. I don't know exactly how long does it take to she realizes her pregnancy.
