Reiri can get pregnant by having sex with multiples prisoners at the toilet. To trigger this event, keep talking to the prisoner next to Reiri to advance the events until she agrees to have sex with the prisoners.

iirc Reiri doesn't need to be preggo, if Meru is preggo by losing a battle to prisoners that also gives you the event even if Reiri isn't.
