i cant get the standing cg to work i copied it into the plugins with text editor it looks right but no options

The text edit is for plugins.js that exists already in the games js folder. That file should not be moved.

So when you say copy the folder in to the game do I copy the js folder & add it to the game folder or do I add the two items in the js folder to the already existing one in the game folder

These should have the same result. Since the copied folder 'js' has a matching folder in the destination, Windows will simply copy the items inside to that folder. The same is then applied to the 'plugins' folder resulting in the two files being copied from 'modfolder\js\plugins' to 'gamefolder\js\plugins'.

I.... I love this game. I legitimately felt bad for save scumming to see Reiri get raped. I genuinely love the protag and even made fan art of her. This game legitimately hit me in the feels in the end. But damn... What matters most is giving a good send-off and this game fucking does it.
