* Another hectic week IRL

Hello there,

Another hectic week IRL, taking me away from the computer and away from the game. But thankfully, on the days where I have time to work on the game, I do quite a lot of work. I've managed to blow past the 1.1k render count and nearing the 500 render count for the second day, with only two scenes left of the update.

• Renders created: 70 / 1119 overall

So here's hoping there will be less hectic stuff IRL (there won't be none, due to the nature of life) this coming week and I should be able to get the renders done for the update. Then post processing is the life for me, but it'll go a lot quicker than rendering (hopefully).

Hello There,

I've done it, I've finished all the renders for this update! It's by far the biggest one I've done so far (that's what she said), totalling 1153 renders. Now I've started to the post work on those renders.

As you can see, I'm making decent progress on the post work, already half way through the first day of the update! I'm not going to give a release date just yet, because there's still the music and SFX to put in and then the testers have to get their hands on the game to see if everything works.

But yeah exciting times!

Hello there,

I'm going to be trying Patreons newsletter, where there will updates for everyone but paid members will get access to a NSFW preview from the coming update.

Updates for everyone
So good news and bad news, I'm afraid. The good news is most of the renders have been post worked on and put into the game, save for the last couple of scenes in the update. Bad news is the those last couple of scenes have got texture issues in them, so I've had to re-render most of them. And it's been going for a while as you see:



So yeah that's unfortunately delayed things a bit, but hopefully the renders will be done by next devlog and the game will definitely benefit from it. (I have a potato PC, so that's why it takes so long).

In IRL news, I had an operation on Friday, nothing serious, just needed to sort some stuff out. So i'm currently on the road to recovery. Just thought I'd let you know what's going on with me.

Thought I'd try the girls of DCV in other games, and considering the Fallout Season 2 trailer came out recently, it made the most sense to do that first! Enjoy Emily coming back to her chambers after a shift to find a little present on her bed.

This will be the last dev log before release of the next update. I'm still not giving a release date yet, testing has revealed some bugs that I need to iron out, but it is close, I promise. All the renders have been placed in the game, the sfx and music is coming along nicely, testing will begin soon. The next dev log you will see is the release schedule.
