The combat is not exciting at all... cant see the enmy just punching few nubers ,,does not excite me at all. BS system.
Im hoping they may add more skills/mechanics later that make it more flashy, this is prob the skeletal framework only.

Skip Combat button...:ROFLMAO:

I've only come across one game/VN (Ataegina) where the combat system was even remotely enjoyable (animations/special renders & effects), the first time...:ROFLMAO:
After that though, I didn't want to play that again; and there came a point in the story (all powerful) where it became repetitive and monotonous, ie pointless... Dev added a "skip combat/win" button to speed the story progression along. I mean, most are so annoyingly easy, and for good reason, who wants to block story progression/enjoyment of a "novel" behind a skill wall...

This has the potential to be the 2nd game/VN to have a remotely enjoyable combat feature.
The gear is a nice touch. But after the first time, the fights, managing the gear, becomes a barrier to enjoying, progressing the story.

I'm certainly not against the combat stuff; I realize devs are developing/testing skills. But with several possibilities, routes to pursue, search for, complete, subsequent playthroughs, the fights and gear stuff will become, annoying, pointless...
And if story progression is hidden behind, blocked, or tied to the combat system, ouch.

The concept sounds nice, but in a VN format, combat and mini-games are more of a 'barrier' to enjoying the story rather than an enjoyable part that large numbers of people seek out.
And I haven't come across one yet where the dev hasn't had to severely "nerf", add a skip, or remove altogether.
VNs are the mirror opposite of video games... VGs, people play for the "combat/skill" and the story is the side show, which most people eventually skip through after the first time, in subsequent playthroughs... LFG, speed run, must use skip or booted...:ROFLMAO:

VN dev can have both, just have to make the adjustments so those who don't want to "play", can just enjoy the novel...

I see u have good taste as well. I would personally prefer addition of easy gigs and jobs to increase stats to the point where we become a god, tho i get grinding is not for everyone.

Yup - as redoubt27 said above, the combat system is NOT enjoyable at all. There must be some sort of difficulty or limitations when trying to emulate the RPGM-style battle system in Renpy and I found the system VERY frustrating.

From what I've played so far (I gave up before I even got to the current update I think! LOL), I really liked the storyline & the idea of the game as well as the overall look but won't be trying to play again until a "skip battle" option (or something similar) can be done.

Of course, if that is not something that the dev wants to do, fair enough! :)

Thanks for all the feedback about the combat (riddikk91, Darkbreed, redoubt27, Vlbc, betatesterFP)!

I decide to make adjustments and just uploaded a new version with:
  • Difficulty setting in the options
    • Normal (timer & no auto regeneration of HP, stamina and mana)
    • Easy (no timer & auto regeneration of HP, stamina and mana)
    • Skip Combat (no combat at all)
I will make further adjustments to the combat system in the future - so long, enjoy :)

I was hoping that you might have been able to do something with the next update but doing it straight away? Very cool Noxedia!! (y)(y)(y)

Will download & try the updated version tonight when I get home from work!! LOL!!

Skippable as the scenes are just skipped (but still happened in the story offsceen)?
How much of the game will be NTR/Sharing/Bestiality/Lesbian(without the MC)? I mean, if we avoid those scenes, how much of the game would we be avoiding, 40%-50%?
I would also like to know.
Noxedia Please answer.

There will not be any bestiality and NTR content in the game.

As for other fetishes / genres - and you can see how it is currently done in the game - they happen during additional scenes which are always avoidable. Avoid these and you will barely miss out on content in the game. There is much more else to see.

I was disappointed in this one. Pretty unimpressive visually. The fighting mechanic was repetitive and boring (no real strategic/tactical elements, just QTE). Too much boring dialogue too. The narration doesn't really lay out what's going on that well. The first interaction with the hunter's illusions was confusing and unclear to me. That's as far as I cared to go.
