100% doable in current Skyrim, and if you've the SDD space & the GPU, you can up the models to much nicer 4k ones.

Just sayin.

Nolvus V6 Modpack (I know there's a nude option in the installer) + OStim (And mods for it) and all the animation conversions and voila, best RPG ever. Fallout only falls short because it has nothing as fluid as Ostim/OLab or whatever. Only thing is that setting up everything takes forever, I have a modding addiction and thus have spent 1k hours soley troubleshooting and fucking around
