Ok got it now, Count is right, you need a lot more exposure / interactions with threads and the community before people will understand / know where you are coming from when starting a thread like this.
That will also help you get a better feel for other regulars and how many people will respond in different threads / on different topics.
Also if you had added those links in the beginning in the OP it might have helped. As for simpcity, never assume everyone knows what you know or goes where you go, just speaking for myself but I never heard of the place till you linked it.
There is a difference between making fun of in passing and actually talking about and it is not a great idea to rehash some of those threads as you can see by similar threads still active.
Well you are already way ahead of many of the others on the site by admitting you made a mistake, you're still going to get some funny comments and a meme or 3 till the thread dies.
My advice, find some active threads that interest you and start joining in. Just make sure not to get baited or go over board and make sure to read the rules for each section so you don't end up with warnings.

In all fairness, he did admit he made a mistake, something most others would never do, so maybe this is just a big misunderstanding. Plus he hasn't full on tantrum / rant / gone batshit crazy like others have or gotten personal so I'm inclined to believe this is just a bad call on his part and he'll do better in other threads.

I don't care who I'm arguing with online, never cared about it; I don't try to convince him, or anyone. it's just that I know that behind the loud brainless minority, hide the silent majority with a brain. What I do is to present them another point of view and then let them build their own opinion.
And it's precisely what I did right now. I don't care if it change your mind or not; you're an adult, you're responsible from your choices and thoughts. It's all the readers who didn't had an opinion on this before that interest me. If there was more than the indirect link via Icarus's topic, I missed it. If that was the link you meant, now people can go to the discussion directly without wading through futa cum.
Claimed by people from his discord, last post and activity was in the month before the news came, the dev's account has been banned. Beside the generics of the game getting abandoned and his subscription pages getting removed, of course.
Yeah it isn't beyond reasonable doubt but I'd say it's pretty believable.
People who want to dispute it can play devil's advocate in the game topic, but they should warn me first so I can prepare popcorn.
They don't and they wouldn't, the conviction wasn't for the game and the oldest charges are from before the game was released. It isn't like Westy's case where it was the biggest talking point in the news.
