Guys in my playthrough i dont have bugs...i play as alpha plus and go full harem (not rejecting any women and impregnating em all like crazy)...also the bugfixes works for me in case i encounter bugs...so maybe rejecting certain characters causes these errors idk....so my suggestion is to play it as full harem at any 4 major paths and see if it helps....still its just a temporary solution maybe its useful...

If you are asking about Ivy then Ivy's love path gets continued as Ivy girlfriend Path which u have unique scenes for that and Ivy's friend path i think there is some dialogue changes and no progression, u just keep being on friends with benefits (no unique scenes)
For Lyn, there's pretty much no change as of now if u played either love/friend path except for some dialogues..
For other girls starting from S1M03 i think, the love and lust points combined to be one and u either score a point with them or not...its pretty straight forward from S1M03.

Sex with scarlett is the end of the current version S1M04 0.3 and of course u will return to menu after that.... u get scenes with agnes before that IF u have made correct choices in the previous updates.

I notice there's the old versions left in the OP ... what of: 0.04, S1M01, S1M02, S1M03, Past!, S1M04 do you need to get to play the whole game and start from the start... I would presume it all but the one labelled Past! is throwing me a bit - is that just everything bar the m04 (that's being worked on currently) rolled into one (and if so does it come with all the bugfixes applied or do you also need to go through and get them for every episode)?

It might be useful to have that kind of info in the OP too, I sort of expected to find it under the installation spoiler.

Edit: Looks like they're all separate things so I'll start with 0.4a... turns out it's a good thing that the mega link for the compressed version of past was dead, haha.
