The unfortunate answer is nexus premium. I think there was a download limit bypasser on github a while back, but Im pretty sure it doesnt work anymore

I don't quite remember the specifics of wabbajack tbh, havent used it personally in a few years. There are quite a few good tutorials on youtube on how to use it though. I would recommend starting there. In theory, its possible to use a wabbajack pack with Dreamforges list, but there will probably be a lot of conflicting mods, outdated mods, and youll prolly end up with a massively bloated mod list and unstable game. Last I checked (feel free to correct me) dreamforges collection is like 300 something mods, and tbh at that point all you'll really want to do is add on some more individual mods, another modpack would be asking for trouble.
