The current version is 0.5.45, it dropped on the 1st of december.
It just didn´t get a public release and no one is leaking it.
That´s why this thread here don´t get updated.

I took this issue to the Unofficial Game Update Patch Request thread in the forums at the beginning of November, and notified an admin at the beginning of this month. So far, nothing
After taking it upon myself to do a little bit of digging, I found that the dev posts public builds on itch.io, which they never linked to in their patreon, for some reason. Still looks far behind what's on Patreon, but still newer than what's here on F95

Does Ino Still have the same personality? It was the reason I dropped this previously. It has been a long while and am wondering if any changes were put in.
By Ino teaching does this mean we can get her out of her current personality? Main reason I dropped the game.

In that case, you should really make a list of the various sex tags that need to be added and the report it to the mods.
I and many others look and see "oh, no sex tags. this must be super early in alpha. better wait some time before trying".
how do you increase cleanliness status i keep cleaning the rooms but it doesnt change and hinata says the rooms are dirty
It is an old bug already fixed on newer versions, cleanliness could go down even below 0% so you can either wait for the fix or just keep cleaning until it refills again
You know how to use Console on Android im too thickskulled i dont even know if its possible
