FYI, the team that tackled SHRIFT (and SHRIFT II) as well as the 2nd & 3rd Three Charms games are also doing a manual translation of DREAMLAND on the side in-between SHRIFT II's updates. I can vouch for their work having handed off my ~75% translation of the aforementioned 3rd Three Charms game to them when I couldn't find time to finish it.
Depending on how long you've been waiting for this game to be picked up, it might be worth waiting just a little bit longer for a more consistent translation that's easier to apply (their patches come in a quick-and-easy executable).

Starts fine for me and a "titles" missing error usually shows its at the start of the game.
