.i saw his Tweet about Steam release and i thought it was the new chapter so i went here quickly,but there weren´t any commets about it so i just went back to Twitter and them i realized it was just Steam release

Only Chapter 1, Chapter 2 is a DLC and is $5.99 or $4.99But... but in the changelog it says:

Yip, there are some that are free, then the next season/chapter is pay, example College Kings (shit game anyway), there are some truly free ones but they are so far behind Patreon releases, it's like they forgot they even put it on Steam.There was the catch, it was too suspicious that the game was free with this visual quality.

The free part is pretty long, and I've played far worse, but yeah, I'd say the social mechanics suck, and it's a shame they won't fix the lack of save compatibility with the paid second part.
Speaking of Dreamland, there can't be any major changes between v0.2.7 and v0.2.8, so there's no rush.

0.2.8 is pretty much just a hotfix update (adding save naming + some spelling fixes) - no new content there.
Chapter 3 is next, but it's still heavily WIP.
