There are like 2 characters i like, so plenty who can die. As Mav said, not enough points, not on their path, or just really bad choices, sounds fine too me. I would find it hilarious if girls die if the MC tries to bang them all and keep them, the thread would be entertaining, to say the least.

I think dev is just gonna blueball us again (like with mei) and have Roy leave immediately in the next update without causing anything, he is probably just scouting to make his move in an update far away in the future

man i suspect Roy just had a deer or something like that in the back of his car and is now probably there because they forgot something in the car or some bs like that. That the dev needed summer to be alone in a room could speak against that theory tho

so probably summer will be gone and come back a day later telling your how she got invited to taste a nice fresh hunted deer and couldnt skip the opportunity

So I replayed from the beginning and I read almost all of it (send help please). If I understand correctly, please tell me if I am wrong :

5 years ago, Alex was in love with this Rose girl, but Rose and Abigail were lovers in secret because they were scared to be outed as lesbians, most likely because of Abigail background. She was really scared about people finding out about them.

Alex was so obsessed with Rose he got jealous of Abigail and he killed her ? It's not stated directly but strongly implied.

There were huge reports for missing Abigail and it made the news. We don't know what happened to Rose but Alex seems to say she's still alive. Maybe she ran away ?

Forward to nowadays, after the pandemic MC Alex Mei and Summer decide to go to Dreamland to party. They meet Lea and Danielle who join the party.

Alex stars a new obsession about Lea, and becomes jealous of the MC if we pursue Lea too.

Danielle discovers that Alex had something to do regarding Abigail disappearance, and for whatever reason she swears to protect him and actually tries to hook him up with Lea ? (maybe she's doing that but she is scared he will kill MC ?). That is when Alex tells Danielle she's the only one with Rose to know the truth.

In the meantime, Mei becomes crazy and abandons the group and starts lying about everything once we join up with her again.

There is Roy another killer on the loose and he is obsessed with Summer. Maybe he's the one who kidnapped/killed Rose ? (Summer had seen a body in his car)

At this point I stopped reading the Jacklyn MC stuff so I don't know what happened between them and I don't really care but please enlighten me if it can be useful for the global plot.

So what happened with Rose ? Is she alive ? Because not gonna lie she is kinda hot so if MC can fuck her to mess even more with Alex I'd be cool with that.

I'm not sure if there will actually be any killing at all in this VN, because it may seem abrupt without randos being offed beforehand. That said, if there is killing of characters, it will likely be right at the end for the final update. I also suspect that some characters (like Lea) probably won't be saveable, and that pursuing them could get the MC killed too. The ditching of Summer is fucking awful, and slasher victims are often those who have done wrong (both actual wrong and "wrong")

Theories about cheating are plausible and seem most likely to be true, but. At their first meeting, MC “shared his deepest secret.” Is his deepest secret that his girlfriend was unfaithful? A completely standard situation, nothing secretive about it. Or did MС, in the interval between the situation with Jacklyn, thoughts of suicide, and meeting Mei, pull out of his pocket information that was completely unrelated to these events? Mei also mentions the situation with Jacklyn, I think as an example to explain why she ran away from the camp. I mean how did she connect cheating ex and runaway from camp?

Right now, the only explanation I can think of for what happened is that Jacklyn was already in a relationship but was cheating on her boyfriend with MC. Nowhere does it say how long they had been dating, only that they had been friends for 14 years. Her parents also don't mention anything about the relationship. Perhaps MC and Jacklyn became close during tutoring sessions. This could also explain Jay's words on the pier about the two stolen girls.

It looks like Summer is the only decent person in this entire cast of characters. But these guys love their story twists so I wouldn't be surprised if she turns out to be manipulating everyone behind the scenes.

Lea's rebound comment and MC's failure to make her orgasm during the sex scene seems like a big "fuck you" to those who are on her path too.
