Anyways, thanks for the mod. Do you know if the spelling/grammar corrections in 1.0.3 are just for EP12 or for the whole game like yours? Also I think that it would be nice if the quick menu was disabled by default, instead of enabled. It has to be manually turned off every time a scene is replayed. :c

I don't like it when I'm an asshole to people (regardless of why or what they did), so I apologized and I meant it.

Haven't gone through 1.0.3 yet to see about the grammar, but the mod won't overwrite any dialogue they updated.

I will also fix the quick menu thing, b/c I hate that too.

I took as more than a little rude. I get being frustrated when you can't get something to work, but please don't come here and be rude to me because you can't figure out how to use it.

Either way, my apologies for being a dick to you.

There aren't very many in-game cheats so they're easy to miss. There's a couple at the very beginning and then the "Tracy Ending" at end of Ch 11, and the "Ending" cheat at end of Ch 12. All of this information is in the OP in the "Features" and "Change Log" spoilers. A few others have asked for the ending cheat to be added to the replay menu so they don't have to use the console, so I'm going to update the mod to add this to the "Extras" replay menu.

The bulk of the mod is the gallery unlocker, and the UI enhancements. With the exception of the endings thing I'm going to add, the gallery has all the scenes that the developers included in it. My mod unlocks all you haven't seen, and adds the variable toggles to show all different variations of the scenes (as explained in the OP).

FYI - the issue you had wasn't v1.0.x vs v1.0.x, it was Elite version vs the non-Elite version.

Wow- I certainly didn't intend to be rude in the post you linked of mine. I'm not quite sure what you found rude there- even having re-read it a few times. I was attempting to explain what I was seeing versus what I was expecting, but not quite knowing for certain what to expect, and I truly had no intention of being rude or insulting. Perhaps the last line of the post was what got you? That was... simply being blunt; I was (and still am) trying to get the ending choices to work, and only being able to guess at what I should expect was frustrating, but there wasn't any irritation at you; only a statement of what would be helpful in figuring out if I was seeing something expected or not.

Now, the post I made after that, yep, I was irritated- after you asserted that there were detailed instructions. That post reflected my combination of frustration and irritation. I apologize wholeheartedly for that post. I was trying to figure out how to see the different endings without playing through the content over and over, and having no success.

I can get you a screenshot of my "cheats enabled" option and a savefile or whatever if you are interested in troubleshooting further, but with the mod installed, I can load a save-game from the end of the warehouse with Tracy, and play through the end of the game without seeing any new choices. If you're not up for further troubleshooting, that's fine too.

Updated mod for v1.0.3 - added the "Endings" cheat to the bottom of the "Extras" replay menu so people don't have to use the console and a few other fixes noted in the OP.

Hi - the files in the zip need to be extracted to the \game folder. Sometimes different zip programs put them in the wrong place, so make sure all the folders (images and gui) included in that zip are in the \game folder. They're probably in a folder called "130738_DoD-E12-v1_0_3-BaS-HD-FixesMods-v5.2" so just move them up one level.

I was wondering if 1.0.3 was going to fix all the grammar mistakes that happen in literally the first 60 seconds of the game, but I guess not lol. I wrote down a few and tried formatting them if you want to include them if you update your patch again.
I remember there were more mistakes but I didn't want to replay more than the first minute.

"Name your character! Max 10 characters" : "Enter your name: (10 characters max)",
"I'd totally tap that" : "I'd totally tap that.",
"Goodbye Marcus" : "Goodbye Marcus.",
"So are you coming" : "So are you coming?",

Changed default to Quick Menu disabled instead of Enabled

I'm having the same problem as one of the other users. Even if I extract the files from "130738_DoD-E12-v1_0_3-BaS-HD-FixesMods-v5.2" and move them up a level into the game folder, I can't even boot the game up anymore. I'm also playing on the crunched version so I'm not entirely sure what's wrong.

Chill. Just because nobody responds to your post within 30 minutes doesn't mean no one will help or that the mod doesn't work at all. Did you download the 1.0.1 or 1.0.3 compressed version of the game? If you still have the .zip file try making another clean game install folder, and then put the files inside the mod .zip file into the \game folder.

Yes, I'm playing 1.0.3 and using the 5.2 of the mod, and yes, I just download thing from F95. I'm reinstalling everything now, just in case something got stuck.

Having a problem getting this to work. Any help is very appreciated.

Here's the background.

I'm on a Mac.
I'm working with version DreamsOfDesireEP12-ELITE-103-mac
I followed the directions, unzipping the files in the Games folder. In doing so, it gave me an additional folder that contained two folders - GUI and Images folders. And used those to overwrite the existing GUI and Image folders.
When done, I received an error.

I've included screenshots.

Unzip the mod (makes a new folder) -> Put everything that is inside the new folder in the \game folder.

You put the new folder inside the \game folder instead of everything in it.
