Umm forgive my ignorance but was there any content cut from steam release aside from text changes? I tried to search in this thread but saw only mentioning of changing dialogues and adding an intro scene explaining characters are not relatives

Got a notification this thread had been updated, but all I can see is that the version in the thread title got changed from
"v1.0.3 GOG DE Elite" to "v1.0.3 GOG DE"
And some yellow notice telling me "The archive has the wrong file name its not the multi 5 version"
So... did the downloads get replaced or something?
And what is this "multi 5" ?
Forgive me, I have problems with long-term memory and have trouble retaining details for a game.
If the story actually manages to capture me, I can often remember the broad story, but details... not so much.

For the multi5, it's just because it does not contain any translation.
And it's not the true Elite version, even if you use my add-on to transform into Elite version

I barely realized Dreams Of Desire was finished, I just loved it. I would have liked Tracy not to leave, but rather her sister, who out of guilt for having betrayed them all, moved in with Abby, it was still a good ending. Great work dev

Depending on the choices you make, she doesn't and you get some bonus with her. Tracy, that is.
Does the android version have a built in walkthrough and the patch for you to call your family mom sis I was just wondering because I'm on my Samsung Tablet And this is my first time Downloading the Android version.I'm so used to the p c version

Well, not sure where the apk came from, it claims to be the elite version, and comparing it to the code of the PC version, I noticed several differences not in the PC version,
You also added some images, but that doesn't solve all image errors.
"d7 shop 13" is actually missing in the original archive, but I suspect most folks will use the quality patch, which does have that image.
"endgame corruption 16 a" is showing the wrong outfit and is the same as "endgame corruption 16" . Either they are wrongly referenced in the code or the actual existing images are using the wrong names.
These exist as "endgame tracy 1" and "endgame tracy 1 a" in the images folder, but aren't referenced in the code, renaming these images makes the replacement obsolete and are actually both the different outfit versions
"dod tracy 33 a" is not really needed, it's the same as "dod tracy 33", you can just make out the red shoulder wrap of the alternate outfit in "dod tracy 33" which is what the code refers to, but you have to look real close to notice.
There is also another image still missing in the original archive, "d5 mom dream 4 a". You could use "d5 mom dream 4", which is what Lain did, but it shows the wrong earring for the alternate outfit.
And "d13 mom kitchen 5" shows the wrong outfit, for which reason Lain re-used "d13 mom kitchen 4".

I prevented from the outset that the result could not correspond to the original...
And as I don't have access to the original, I can neither approve nor deny it.
The mod files come from the 2 editions provided by the dev.
So if there are any errors, they're due to the dev and not to me...

Neither do I, I just used what is available and did a thorough analysis of the contents.
Yet, I used probably the exact same sources, and everything I posted can be gleaned from the available editions.
