OK I can confirm the game is working,the alternate outfit is there,Alice night event too.BTW Tracy alt.outfit change back to normal for a some moments at breakfast.Something like the daughter bikini change in DmD 10.Also not all saves working.If you don't have many maybe is better start from scratch.

Don't talk about crappy internet. Mine here is terrible. I've sever seen a connection with a so big difference between upload and download. Thanks for the link by the way.

I've just tried with winrar and winzip and it works perfectly without any password. It seems problem at your side.

I just go and use older save-mom at library,have no problem with Tracy in coffee shop.But still thinking to replay the game from the start.I do it for almost every Ren'Py game anyway.
