If you are about to do animations in the game just look animations in game Max`s life. Imho the movements are very good
(breading, face expresion, skin movement, view angle exc.)

Lots of folks profess a need for animations and with so many of these projects they end up looking off-puttingly mechanical and denote a feeling of less control to the player (yep there's her back and part of a hip rocking wildly. yay!). From what I've seen Kuggazer does a pretty good job making his characters look relatively organic in motion.

I'd argue that that's almost entirely due to the number of frames utilized. In many cases there just aren't enough frames until it loops, so it looks emotionless and mechanical- especially when it involves facial features, because those are the most obvious tell, immediately.

I know movies or .gif`s are made by mutiple still frames are puting together but they can be gone bad or REALY bad.
Developer of Max`s life is doing a great job and curent version 0.6 has allmoust 100 animations and the game is still only
1.3 GB compare 2.8 GB DoD. Check it out regarding of animations:

im not nit picking but out of curiosity do know what was the cause of the delay? last time it was because of pateron but im glad theres going to be special scene in this version due to holiday i think

Yes, that's my point. If you don't have enough frames to show flowing motion, then it looks bad. Even for a short animation of just a butt squeeze, that should take about 200-300 frames at least. Thankfully quite a few of those can be just replicated via software, by creating two frames and having it draw out the interstitial frames, or, if lacking that, a single loop can be made by hand and then looped several times, before breaking off from the loop and to the final resting animation frames (an animation should never look like it froze mid-loop). That takes a HELL of a lot more effort, though, so I give those who have to make them entirely by hand a little more leeway, on that front.
