Well considering you can't control who they kiss (unless there is a way, if so let me know), then it's technically, random.

If you say it's random it would mean it can happen after any constellation with a certain chance. You need to get one special constellation and it happens 100%. So the progression to the scene needs certain outcomes, but the path to get it is defined.

Let's say it's random, but not random.
