I used my episode 9 saves just fine and I finished all available content for episode 10 with it, you have to install both the incest patch and the extras.

I hope the dev gives "evil" players a path in the future like having a harem made of Nora and the enslaved family members (mind control) with the MC being a dark messiah instead of a hero, anyways I'm not going to discuss this further because I heard there is a thread for ending suggestions..I also noticed that sex scenes with doggy style in them are executed way better than the ones with missionary or frontal positions in general, when you hit a female from the back you feel like her body is articulated naturally unlike when you're face to face with her, if the dev ever reads this before future releases it would be superb if he takes the criticism into consideration and tries to make the frontal positions as great if not even better than the ones from the back. (Edit: The aunt's cowgirl scene was awesome, it's the only frontal scene that was perfectly done imo)

I'm having this same problem. (Mac version, hotfix & incest patches applied)
After Episode 9 content it seems to just jump into the Halloween revenge and then end
Because OP clearly states that you need to apply the patch (for incest) and the hotfix (for the extras).
Nice update, nice ending... did not see that one coming.

Did not have any problem with my saves on Mac.
Did you play the Christmas version ? If so the saves are mixed I think.
Be sure to use a EP9 save instead of a Christmas Event one.
And if you DLed the compressed version, it's not EP10 yet.
Reverted to the original extras.rpa instead of the hotfix and I was able to progress. I think there's a problem with the hotfix
Really enjoyed this update, the Tracey scenes were worth the wait and quite sensual. Hopefully, there are a few more scenes with her before the end.

Make sure you aren't trying to load the Xmas (Dec) save, when you do you will get the error screen. I loaded the (Nov) save and away I went!
