I downloaded the normal version + the incest patch + hotfix is it necessary to still download the fixed version?

[I deleted the old extra-patch from the last night and after previous stopping with the end of ep9 I could play through ep10 now without the extra content.
I just installed the new extra-patch (from 4 pm) and I could play through ep10 too but with the old extra-content (threesome with aunty etc). :-( Do I really need to delete all old versions and the holiday special too?]
Edit: A new start of the pc made everything working well.
The transitions in the fuck-scene with Tracy are missing content. First she is lying in clothes on the bed - next pic she is fucked from behind. First pic she is getting an orgasm and the next pic starts the MC's dream with the dark side of Tracy. Both transitions need a rework.
Tracy mentions to the MC, that she has told him everything ... did I just missed how she got the shar?
Edit: I'm looking for a save before the Tracy/MC scene or even of the end of ep9 with the decision from ep2 playing it cool to Tracy and not confronting her.

Does anyone know the variable that stores this choice? I chose truth and I'd like to flip the flag so that I get the threesome.
EDIT: Or the name of the script file so I can change the code and flip the logic so that it works as it ought to.

Go back, someone posted the threesome scene save here, either way you will probably see it eventually because we are pretty sure the guy fucked up coding and flipped the scenes.

Help me out here, where do you go to change the variables? I've been looking for ages and I can't find it.
Did this update fuck up saves or what? because from the ep 9 walkthrough it says that if you lied to mom she'll try to impress you be more sluty and mostly a route with "her only" i think, and if you told her the truth she'll be more open to 3some but in this update it's the reverse. Is this a bug or what?
