There's no text showing in the preferences & help, the same goes with renpy games like Lab Rats and Snow Daze.

Oftentimes, at least for RenPy games, unless the game developer has actively coded stuff for these, you won't see much there help wise. And sometimes they remove the 'default' RenPy help stuff. They are focused on their story, not so much on providing helpful tips ingame.
If it's framework related (example: what does rollback side do? What are the default keyboard shortuts?), google searches can help with that. If its specifically related to a game (example: what does lewdness do), your best bet is threads like this one, and walkthroughs if they have them.

I agree : Icstor has good cg quality, but really needs someone to write him a good story with interesting progression.

There are games that are worth waiting for, even if it takes time, because you see quality at all. Dreams of Desire is one of those games. Any path that pleases us is exactly perfect. Smart, good story and a nice look. All that a good game requires.

Development Update #16 - July 10, 2017
Hey guys!
Last week I've been doing a lot of things which I can't talk about yet. I hope I can share some more info about what I've been up to besides making the game soon.
About general work, things are going at a steady pace. I might have an announcement to make soon, but I'll let you all know when it's final.
So in EP5 I wanna do something a little bit new.
You've been collecting points until now on a regular basis, and there have been checks on your answers and on your points collected so far.
I've had an idea about an event, where you have to get points in a short amount of time, to be able to "score" with a girl. That is what I will do in EP5. Not going to be something too long, I don't wanna deviate too much from the original flow of the game.
Think about it like a dating sim minigame.
I think it's important to try new ideas and concepts from time to time, I'd like to keep the game fresh as much as I can, and this is what I have come up with this time. I hope you'll like it!
(Who will be the girl in the event? That is a secret)
I was thinking about a new poll for the Scientist and above tier, and I have a few good ideas, but I'd like to hear your opinions as well, maybe your ideas are better than mine!
So feel free to comment about stuff you'd be interested in!
Aunt won the alternate outfit poll, I'll post a preview of her outfit this week. Oh and also, mom won the monthly 4K render this time!
Oh and of course, I've got some release dates for you! See you guys in the next post!
