but i thought this game was already incest?! what does that patch do then?

also whats the deal with that Ep 11 CG? do i need to play that before playing this EP12?

Incest had to be removed from the regular game due to Patreon's rules, as with almost every other game featured on this site. Meaning the relationships are edited (mom becomes landlady, sisters become roommates, that type of crap). The patch restores all of the incest.
The CG is just the ripped collection of images; it's unrelated to playing the game.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I only checked the last few pages in the thread for an answer.

Is it normal, that it says "Dreams of Desire Ep10 Ver 1.0.0 General" when I click on "About" in the menu?

I just downloaded the game and copied the Incest patch into the game folder. All the files (rar, exe, py) say EP12 though.

i kind of have the same question, when downloading the game it says on the download file ep12. v1.0.3 , but inside the game it says ep10 v1.0.0 ..? So witch one's witch

Download and run DoD TLM Ch1, there is the same. Never mind, the developer forgot to change the information.

Incest Patch for the new episode (alternate tracy ep) You have to open unren.bat (google it) in the game folder, select option one then replace the z.rpy file with the downloaded one, will work for all future eps unless they change something, but I would bet they made it easy on purpose so should be ok

Great game, one of the inspirations for my own development project. It's unfortunate that it had to be edited so significantly to abide with Patreon's moving targets for allowed content. Curious to see if Steam will allow the original version under the planned changes to allowed content.

Significant edits, not cuts. Changes to comply with the no-incest policy that Patreon recently implemented. Same stuff that's being discussed above with regards to the "patch" to re-insert all of it.
