Haven't played through it all but according to Steam :

– The Holiday Special DLC
– Dozens of Extra Scenes

Features:
– Over 5000 images
– Over 460 animations
– 37 Steam Achievements
– Scene and Extras Gallery
– Sandbox-style minigame
– 7 different endings
– Multiple paths with characters creating many different playthroughs

Now whether there are actually any new scenes, let alone dozens i guess remains to be seen
